Before making any exterior changes to your home, you must first contact the Seneca Ridge HOA Architectural Review Committee, and gain approval before any work is performed.  The process is simple, simply download any of the ARC application forms on this web site, and fill it out in duplicate.  Provide as much detail as possible.  Include any drawings, photos, paint samples as you possibly can.  Let any of the members of the Architectural Review Committee know that you wish to submit an Architectural Review application.  Applications, in general, are reviewed and approved very quickly.

Failure to abide by this process is in direct violation of community by-laws, and can result in fines or liens being placed against your property.
